I bought this book based on my purchase last year of the National Geographic Ultimate Field Guide to Landscape Photography, which was a great book. I was eagerly awaiting the release of this updated book, thinking it would be a great source of information. Unfortunately this book fails to deliver.
While it has been updated, it is not up to date/5(23). This is a great book for anyone interested in doing field macro photography or even just general field work. Most of the techniques apply to modern photography even though it's an older book.
